User’s Engagement and Disengagement with Malayalam Online Newspapers

Abstract The study titled ‘Uses and Gratifications of Malayalam Online Newspapers’ is an attempt to analyse how online newspapers affect the reading habit of people and to find out the discrepancies between the levels of users’ use and satisfaction with Malayalam online newspapers. In other words, the problem under study is to find the using pattern and the user’s resultant satisfaction with the online newspapers.
